How to place order
Contact us and send some basic details based on your requirements. We will send you the price quotation and delivery time. Once you give a go-ahead, our experts will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss all the details right from scripting to video creation. You’ll be involved in the whole process. We make sure our customers receive exactly what they want.
If customers need any change in the video, we do so free of cost. In case a customer needs revision, he/she can send us feedback and we’ll revise the video in 24-48 hours.
Please note that we will start the work as soon as we receive the advance (50%). The rest 50% can be transferred at the time of project delivery. Payments can be made through Paypal or Bank transfer.
Are the rates inclusive of gst and other taxes?
Yes. All our pricing are exclusive of all the taxes.

Delivery
We make sure that the files are delivered in a secured way. We transfer files using Dropbox, GDrive, or PGP and GPG programs, which make use of public key cryptography to send files securely. Project files can be sent upon request.
Refund
We care about our customers and their satisfaction, so we tend to offer 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied even after the revision, you may ask for refund.
If you once approve the video, we will not issue refund. It will take 14 days to process your refund request. If you ask for refund, you will lose all the rights associated to the video and you are not permitted to use it. If we find you using the same video, we can take legal actions against you. In case, customer is unresponsive for 7 days, the order will be considered completed and no refund shall be issued.
